Where should we fly into?
Palm Beach International Airport (also known as PBI or DJT) is less than 30 minutes from Jupiter. Ft Lauderdale International Airport (FLL) is an hour South. If flying into FLL, we suggest Brightline train service to WPB then Uber from there.
What hotel should we stay at?
Haley and Will are staying at the Wyndham. We have reserved the Wyndham and Courtyard hotels which are both in great spots to explore. Other area hotels in Jupiter and AirBnB are also options (transportation will not be provided from other locations).
Will transportation be available from the hotels?
Yes, shuttle service will be provided from our preferred hotels - Wyndham and Courtyard. The Shuttle schedule will be provided upon Hotel check in.
Will parking be available?
Yes, once you arrive at the White Trail Club there will be valet to greet you. Please plan to arrive by 3:45pm.
Once I am in Jupiter, how do I get around?
While formal transportation is only provided for the Wedding Day, we encourage you to do some exploring while you are here. Check out our things to do page for ideas. Uber and Lyft are easily accessible in the Jupiter area for attractions and for the Welcome Party.
Additionally, rental cars are available at both PBI and FLL airports.
Will the evening be outside?
Yes! Please plan accordingly as our ceremony will take place on the garden lawn and the reception will be under cover but in open air.
What is the wedding attire?
Our Wedding Day attire is Cocktail Formal (just look nice!!!) Men are encouraged to wear suits, no tux required. For women, formal attire.
The Welcome Party is Casual Cocktail (have fun with it!!!)
What if I have a food allergy?
If you have a serious food allergy, please contact us directly to ensure we notify our caterer properly.
Are children allowed at the wedding?
While we love your little ones, our wedding will be an adults-only celebration with the exception of the children in our families, Thank you for understanding.
Can I take pictures during the ceremony?
We ask that you please turn off your cellphones & cameras during the ceremony. Don't worry, we have hired a fabulous photographer and will have a lot of photos to share with you after the wedding.
